The focus for this program is for the woman who “never in a million years think they will be able to complete a triathlon.” If you have ever defined yourself as an athlete or want to bring out your inner athlete, this program is for you!
Train for a Sprint Triathlon with a supportive, fun and safe group. This eight week program will focus on self confidence, motivation, goal setting and weight loss. We will train on Wednesdays (6:30-8:30 p.m.) and Saturdays (7:30 – 9:30 a.m.) as a group. You will get a comprehensive, online training plan with your own log for the remaining days of the week.
